Wows. Seriously - when do you get close enough to a bird like this to use a lens with a max FL of 35mm??

My gran-pappy taught me ya have to get close enough to sprinkle salt on their tail while makin' noises like a worm. Or, in this case, like a mouse.

Gotta admit though, 35mm wasn't my choice of FL at that moment an' there was a l'il bit of croppin' involved.

One from the weekend with the Tammy 17-50 F2.8. HDR of 5 braketed shots.

Sat there for hours and just when the light was getting to the right spot, a group of kids came along... fortunately the father came along and moved them along before the light changed too much.

Tamron SP AF 90mm 1:2.5 with Macro

This is my first post to the lens club. This lens is an older generation 90mm with macro. I have tried to find it listed in the lens reviews, but not sure it's there. I am really enjoying the lens, and hope to get better with experience.

Mysterious Lens

I purchased this lens from Ebay awhile ago. It is a Tamron 28-105mm AF 1:4-5.6 (IF). The lens was reasonably priced, and brand new in box with full warranty. Interestingly, all of the Exif data shows this lens to be a Pentax FA 28-105mm. Were the two lenses manufactured together? Would anyone know why there is a connection between the two lenses?
