I freaking love my Tamron trinity for my D810 (15-30mm, 24-70mm & 70-200mm). I'll post some pictures later if anyone is interested?

Here is the 24-70mm in action. A good example of the VC at work. Shot at 1/10, 34mm, f11, ISO 400 with CPL.

Sometimes I even use it for things other than portraits.

This is a MASSIVE crop. Tamron sharpness combined with D810 resolution. Hand held.

And I haven't used the 15-30 a great deal as most of my photography is based around portraiture and shooting models.

Thanks mate, looks like you are having fun. Those Tamrons will make a good addition to the Pentax line up for sure.

I hope so... I truly do hope they make a K mount version. The Tamron 70-200mm rates as the sharpest zoom in the Nikon line up according to Dx0 so they definetly are no slouches. I bought both the 24-70 and 70-200 for the price of a Nikon 70-200mm f2.8 VRii.

Johnny Mac: Love the mood you help create. (By that, I mean to imply that it takes 2 in the process of making a photograph; one to capture the image, another to view it. Of course, we view our own photos, but we bring a different POV into the mix once the moment is stilled.) I admire your work.
