I just visited your Flickr account. Are any the Norway shots done on film with an old Pentax using the 17-50 lens? I particularly liked the view of the rock formation into the water, the paper white birch tree in the foreground. Reminds me of upstate New York.

Hi,
I'm afraid the only film camera I took with me was my Yashica Mat 124G medium format SLR. This week I will hopefully be able to finally pick up the five rolls of Portra 160 I shot on that trip and start the scanning, but I have a large backlog of scanning. I did at times regret not taking a smaller SLR, but more than two cameras in use on a trip is too much, at least if my wife is with me.
I think the 17-50 would technically work on an A series or newer film camera, but I suspect it would vignette strongly at all focal lengths, though maybe it would be useable stopped down a bit.
