not to overstate the obvious but this lens is heavy..
When out shooting, I find a monopod very helpful. Who else uses a monopod, or tri ??

I just use astrap what I attach to lens, so it hangs nicelly when not needed. Istill use one hand to keep it from swingin. while shooting I have no problem with the weight.

I was revisiting my photo library recently, and took some time to generate the intended pano (12 portrait shots in Lr Pano Merge) from my visit to Ottawa, Canada in June 2017
