Lovely image and DR, Rondec. Can you explain why you did multiple exposures? Thanks.

I was hoping to get some movement in the clouds. It basically takes the place of an ND filter and simulates a long exposure. I don't think it made much of a difference in this image though...

Just received my lens..some how I still got surprised of the size. Still, it is well balanced and does not feel so heavy. Quick test gave me a big confidence of really good performance. Wow is what comes in my mind.

Enjoy. I have not used mine as often as I would have thought but it’s starting to grow on me.

Yes, if you can handle the weight and size it is an awesome lens. I have had a love hate relationship with it for some time.

I was having a blast with this beauty. I know that it will see a lot of use. but it is still wide lens, and I like normal and tele too

Yes, it actually did come in my mind when I had my little walkabout. I did not feel much differense with my bag. i could feel it when I carried it with me, but not that much. after a while I got used to the bulk and weight. No problem at all.

Enough of words. here are quick snaps from today. I think that I'm gonna love this. (and sell couple old ones)

Will take my tripod tomorrow with me and try some little more artsy shots(usually nothing special..) but this lens is so good that it screams for proper stuff. quick snapshot, processed in LR and Silverefex

It's been awhile since I had the 15-30 out in action, captured this morning at Nudgee Beach, Queensland.
