Thanks for your comment. I did PP the image. I brought up the shadows and added contrast to the background. I didn't add saturation, but I rarely do with shots from the limiteds because the lenses themselves provide so much saturation. Colors may seem less saturated in this image because it's from a section of the park where the colors are a bit more subdued than usual.

I second that. @northcoastgreg has some sort of post-processing magic sauce in his computer. Either that, or he's found a hidden cache of Pentax pixie powder.

Nope, for me, the greatest lens ever is the Leica Vario-Elmar R 35-70 F4 Macro.
It's incredibly sharp edge to edge in all the range and it's a bargain.
Can be used on Pentax camera by changing the lens mount (Leitax Mounts)

I think Pentax has the equivalent, A 35-70/F4 and it its somehow close focusing. No need to go Leitax.

I thought I was finished with submitting images with the 35 as I sold it earlier this year. Turns out I have a backlog of shots from visiting an Army base that I forgot all about! So here's the last of what surely must be shots I took with this wicked lens.
