Pentax K-1, Pentax A50mm f1.7.

When I checked the shutter count on my new K-1, it shows this image as the very first shutter actuation.

Odd, as I thought that all cameras go through a few shutter actuations as part of the quality check before packaging them for shipping tot he merchants.

Simple Pleasures

Cares not a jot, it's the way to be, as long as the frock matches the bike...

Brighten My Day

A beauty to brighten an otherwise dull car park.

Is "makes loads of holes" the correct answer?

Aeration.

I do it to my lawn a couple times a year, spring and fall.

Helps the sod breathe, water to get to the roots but still drain well, and discourages weeds and pests.

Gorgeous indeed.

The cigarette would be a deal breaker though.

Bad habit.

The factory probably has a way to reset the actuation count.

Good question. Nothing great I'm sure.
