Here's a sparrowhawk imaged with the A200/2.8 through triple glazing.

Cloudy morning mute swan. A* 300/4 @ f5.6, 1/750 iso 1000 on K-50. The 12-16 MP class sensors love SMC-A lenses, the 24 MP sensors of the K-70 and KP, not so much.

A*300/4 K-50 Cow @f4.5, horse @f4. The 6.1 to 16.3 MP class sensors just love SMC-A lenses. I find that my KP and K-70 accentuate the chromatic aberrations and make the photos look a bit soft.

I really like this shot, something about the light gets me drawn in to it to look at all the details, each time I see it.

New A lens acquired, and this one is a special one. SMC A* 135mm f1.8. I found it listed on market place for 550 with the description of not reaching infinity. Wow, this thing is ROUGH. There are dings and scuffs on the front element, some fungus getting started deeper inside and the forementioned lack of infinity. I paid 500, and I hope to have it serviced next month, but of course I'm shooting with it anyways!

I'm not sure how rough it is, but the images are nice enough. I hope she comes back even better from the service.
