Thanks! Sorry to hear about the loss of your A200. I have the older, allegedly faster predecessor, the K200f2.5 but have been curious about the A version and how well it corrects chromatic aberrations.
Thanks, and I planned to use it for astrophotography and found the CA quite well corrected (though I haven't compared it to the K200/2.5). I can check whether I have the test shots lying around somewhere. Astrophotography is quite unforgiving as far as optical aberrations are concerned.

Always amazed by your ability to capture dynamic photos with manual focus lenses.

Thanks! Astro, a seven-month-old husky / Labrador mix, brought lots of energy to the park this morning. I just had to catch up with him.

Thank you for the kind words. With a fast enough burst mode (I'm using an A9), manual focus isn't such a handicap anymore, and the dogs give me plenty of opportunities to get it just right.

Blown 55 Chevy gasser, at the annual Colby Cruise Night in Everett, Washington. When I started driving cruising the main drag in downtown was what we did on Friday and Saturday evenings. Showing off our cars, our girl riding along. Stop at the local burger place, Herfey's (long gone) for a bite, then back to the cruise. Sometimes there would be street racing, or we would go just outside of town on the River Road on the dike along the Snohomish River, or on Old Highway 99 north of town.

Great times.

It was like the movie American Graffiti.

Now it is illegal to pass the same place twice in one hour, the penalty is arrest, $1,000 fine and your car is impounded.

So some one organized an annual cruise night followed by a car show the next day. This was the first time I've attended. I spent the whole day there for the car show and only saw about half of the cars that were there. Of the cars I did see I shot about 300 exposures. I'm slowly going through those, and a thousand or so more form this past season of racing and car shows.

Nice street image.
Have you considered a 1:1 crop focused on the left side of the image (the misfocus might be more easily spotted that way, but I think the composition would be better)
