Am I still allowed to play if I put my A 50/1.7 on a 1.7x AF TC? If you didn't see a thread I made on it in the lens discussion forum... https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentax-slr-lens-discussion/35674-told-not...u-tell-me.html

Close to a 100% crop...

I cannot see the exif . My understanding is that a TC can barely work with a short FL lens . Its DoF is critically little too. You did a very impresssive focusing of a legendary A lens

unfortunately FOTKl removes Exif. You can visit the link in the 1st post of the primary thread and see Exif from there. I shot most at f6.3 or f8

These went over well in the other thread.

A* 300/4

I went in canoe-camping last week and brought with me the A* 300/4 because it is so small. I'm happy of the pics I took with it !

Great Blue Heron:

Common Loon:

A young common goldeneye:

Common Merganser:

All taken handheld, sit in the back of the canoe !

M80). Love your second shot – she looks so pensive. David – nice effort from the back of the boat! Not a lot of DOF with a 300mm.
