A35-70 f3.5-4,5 seem to works at f3.5 at 70mm. It's not propably as bright as f3.5 should be but definitely wider aperture than f4.5. Also doesn't take much penalty in sharpness.

I finally took the A 50 f/1.2 back to the dog park this morning. I used to use it for everything. A handful of other lenses have edged it out as my favorite in certain conditions, but I still consider it the most versatile lens in my collection.
