Hooked up a 15mm Black second used for 370 euros. What a steal... quick testing for the condition and yep i got a good copy.

And I hooked up a used 15mm Blackstone for $328 USD on eBay. I think I too got a good copy.

Impressive lenses. They really do a great job on the distortion correction! Hmmm, time to look for some deals on the 15!

Really enjoying this lens. I did use their profile in Lightroom in my above post. Really pleased with it. Adorama still has the 11mm on a pretty amazing sale for $379 as I type this, and just doing a quick check, the 15 is on sale too, but not as big a discount.

You don't expect such one right here but it just happen... 150mm dragonfly. Lucky shot but not as sharp as i liked it to be... do i need to feel disappointed about it for a macro lens?

160th/sec, F3.2, Iso 800. went wide on the apurture due to the foreground...

Some dust on a light... (one of the fisrt tests with the 150mm Macro)
I thought it would look like the sun's surface with the backlight.
With the 150mm Macro f2.8 1:1

BTW, I was looking at the Third-Party Lens Reviews in the Lens DB
Pentax Lenses by Sigma, Tamron, Zeiss, and more - Reviews and Specification Database - Pentax Lens Review Database

and I thought the Irix company should have a special section, a special visibility... right now they are classified there under "Miscellaneous Lenses" section, and to me, they are not just "Miscellaneous"... they are one of the major Third-Party Lens players nowadays for Pentax!
Should we ask our admins to look at that ?

Had it for about a year now and its gotten more and more fun as I've gotten to know its personality.

It's been a constant companion on my travels and outdoor adventures and I love the colors and sharpness it produces. Below are a few of my favorites. Just bought the 95mm Edge polarizing filter for it and am excited to start using it on my day hikes.
