Nice! It doesn't look fishy at all.
Thanks. That's one of the advantages of using fisheye lenses that can zoom in a bit.

Lovely shot, Tokyoscape. I particularly like the single green tile of color in an otherwise monochrome photograph. Very strong picture.[COLOR="Silver"]

I love landscape fisheye shots. However I dislike having to place the horizon in the middle.

That's both original and very well done. An image to be proud of (if pride were not the deadliest sin).

A couple of shots from a recent hike with 10-17 fisheye. The ability to shoot straight into the sun is remarkable and the "starburst" effect is quite pleasing with this lens.

I believe I read in the Pentax discussion about the newer 10-17 mm FE lens, that one can avoid the need to place the horizon dead center to get a straight horizon, by using the sensor shift (not something I tried). It was in the discussion by one of the Pentax supported photographers.

I'll give it a try with the old 10-17 and sensor shift. Never thought of it!

Love the cow. It must be smart - it's all head.

Thanks. The cow seemed to enjoy being photographed and was attracted to the big shiny front element of the 10-17, probably wanted to lick it
