Could not do much about the flag-in-head due to shooting into the sun.

Very nice indeed!

I am doing Single in December with my DA 10-17. This is my second go around with this lens - it's just so much fun!

Today I went downtown:

Thank you. I really like your street pics. I wish I lived near nice buildings like that.

Another truck pic.

Thank you very much guys. I was lucky I had my camera in the car when I drove past this place. I was also lucky the owner was there and gave me permission to hang and take pics.

racer - wow, that impact crater is way cool with the 10-17!

Foocus - esp. like your 1st beach shot!

Yesterday I was down at the big Gay Married at City Hall event here in Seattle (my huge photo essay...) Most of my shots were with the FA77, but I took quite a few with the 10-77 as well

On the way to the event - Pioneer Square Station seen from the Mezzanine.

Gleeful marriage well-wishers!

At the bottom of the City Hall steps, where the crowd waited to cheer each couple (over 150 couples were married there yesterday!)

Thank you!

Which did your eyes like better, the one with the straight horizon, or the one with the curved one?

{BTW, I see you are from Seattle. I'm from the Great Pacific Northwet too, when I'm home. Out in the sticks, the foothills of the Cascade Range, between Arlington and Granite Falls.}

ETA: Aaah - North Cascades is one of the most beautiful areas of the state. In the world, really. Stunning up there! Last time I drove up there was when my kids were littler. We went to see the Eagles catching salmon. A-freakin-mazing!

*goes and looks again* Oh the rounded horizon, definitely. Cause not only am I a big ol' fisheye dork at this point (for a lens I've had one month or less, it sure has won my heart!) but because I love photos that give vast sense of scale even on a small computer screen. Your curved horizon shot actual gives me a touch of vertigo when I look at it - LOVE THAT

Even on simple indoor shots, the 10-17 can really kick up the sense that there's vaaaaast spaaaaace Here's our local Starbucks (where I had to stop for a hot Americano after shooting for 3+ hours in the cold drizzle at the Wedding Event - omg, could not feel my fingers after the first hour, no joke!)

Looks HUGE. Is actually pretty modest :P

Great shots! Really enjoyed these, especially the last in the set.

I offer up these from Saturday's snow. W/Rokinon 8mm. More coming down now.

TY wwifa I was bonded with my DA15 for many months and got really into looking for WA shots - adding the fisheye bend is a whole new level of fun for things like skyscrapers, isn't it!

I really like your 1st photo with the very very colorful vehicle against the snow - nice!
