Thanks! Yes, I was pretty happy when I saw that possibility while shooting and even happier when I saw how nice and clear it was in the photo! I considered 'shopping mine out but decided it wasn't that critical.

That kid sure could skate!

Miss my 10-17 fisheye and FF Fisheye's are rare and expensive.. so I broke down and ordered up a GoPro Hero3 Black Edition Close enough!

Ok thats it. I'm getting a fisheye lens. I just need to figure out which one but the 10-17 and the Samyang 8mm are the top contenders.

The pics in this thread are just awesome!

I personally LOVE the 10-17.. at 17 it's BARELY a fisheye at all and 10 is plenty wide Versatile and absolute kick ass! If only it was FF I would grab it (Tokina version) for my D800.

Versatility was the reason I choose the 10-17 over the Samyang. And I love the potential for fisheye macro's.

Here's one way to get an almost straight line at 10mm: place it diagonal!
