With the Pentax K 17mm f4 fish-eye

Picked up this lens for a bargain-price this summer, great alternative to the zenitar.
I also tried it on a film camera...man that's wide!

With my ist DL:

fisheye and lightning

I took this shot a month or so ago at the cottage. It was absolutely pitch black outside, except for the lightning. I was using my K10, Hanimex Fisheye, on a tripod, holding the shutter open for 60 seconds I think, through a window. It is not the sharpest picture but you can see the lightning through the trees at the top.

I really want to love this lens... but the jury is still out for me.

But here are some decent shots I took with it a bit ago:

Dan, your light into the tunnel pic is Awesome!, one of the finest photos i've ever seen. I was looking into a zenitar 16mm fisheye unitl i saw this pic. I now may have to spend some xtra $'s.

This post has great creative pics from everyone!

On rare occasion when I was using a FE (Zen) for shooting bird.

I was feeding and shooting the same time with zone focusing
