I used the 10-17 FE to get around the barricades at a car show. The barricades are there to keep people from touching the cars. Anything longer, and the barricades would have been in front of the car in the photo. Not the fisheye effect everyone is looking for, but de-fished, it does an excellent job.

By the way I discovered that by default DxO correct completely the distorsion of the fisheyes so I have to disable it if I want some curves and a fisheyes look inside the picture.
