The 10-17 fisheye on my new KP today. Not too fishy in this composition and a fun starburst.

I see you have one of those rare fish-eye mirror lenses, Paul. That's thread-relevant in my book!

Thanks - I needed that confirmation from a higher authority! That's Jeannie sitting there, impatiently waiting, btw.

That 10-17mm really produces great pix, sometimes I really want to add it to my kit, it would fill the gap between my Rokinon 8mm and my Takumar 17mm

Sod house on the Nebraska prairie.

A seven image pano shot with a Sigma 16mm Rectilinear Fisheye. About 180° of total view right to left.

It's not that fishy on the K-1 either. A bit cropped at the bottom here, though. Some decorative flaring with the sun in the frame.

Here's a "golden hour" shot taken at 1 pm

Beautiful! When I first bought my Zenitar 16/2.8, I never figured it would pass muster for high resolution media on 24x36 format, but actual use has proved my assumption wrong. In regards to fishiness, how fishy depends on the orientation of lines to the lens axis. A level camera will always have a straight horizon. Likewise all straight lines that intersect the vanishing point for a level camera will also be straight. This behavior is typical for all 180 diagonal fisheyes. Tilt the camera a little and all goes crazy.

My Zenitar on film...
