The actual focal length. That is what the DA 10-17 does, IIRC.

Samyang F-E on Oly OMD 10 mkII. Window display in an old store in the ghost town of Silver City, Idaho. The door into the store is recessed between the display windows, so standing close to the door you can look into the window displays from the side. On both sides the items on offer were dominated by oil lamps. The building is privately owned, and SFAIK is never opened for the public. With a little looking, you can make out a beautiful ornate light hanging from the ceiling. It's a visual jungle up there because of complex reflections on the window glass.
