Welcometo the club. You have made a fine start. My faves are the 2d leaf shot and both statue images. Statue images are very creative.

Always excited to see more images. The white house and wall with tree are my favorite images of this group. The B&W processing is nice too.

Indeed great to see the thread alive!

I too am partial to B&W cabin/house photo, full of character, well done!

I haven't had much time to shoot anything this year due to some extensive studies for a large medical exam, one from my "Refocused" study:

Very mysterious image Duh_Vinci! Studied it at length, to understand what exactly is going on. Love that.

ps: got a chance to try the new Composer Pro. It is beautifully constructed. The focusing is ultra smooth. Rats.

Thank you, barondla, appreciate it!

Composer pro - certainly looks lush, specially with improved focusing (that was my only little beef with original Composer). But to be honest with you, 2.0 is somehow still my favorite due to it's fluidity.... Speaking of which, need to dust it off and take it for a walk again!

D

Day 3 of the intense heat and humidity above 100F (very unusual for our area), and index of 117-120, to the point that it is almost hard to breath as soon as you step outside... So needless to say, indoors, is where we spending most of the time...

Inspired by this terrific weather, "Can you breathe"?

Composer double glass f/2 with home made 37mm plastic "mood" filter.

Just found the club, and I haven't been here on the forum much in a while, so why not post a couple done on an ME Super with the original Lensbaby.

Glad to see another Lensbaby user!

Very nicely done, Cygnet, particularly love the mushrooms! The original is has very unique characteristic that can not be duplicated!

Thanks. So are you saying that your Composer lens can't get the same look as the old one? I've been thinking of getting a Composer just so I don't have to have all my fingers of both hands involved in holding the lens and body together.

Cygnet, single glass optic insert should give you what the Original offers, just w/o extreme bending. I love it's almost nostalgic look it offers to the photos...

Duh vinci, love "can you breathe". Having the same weather here in Missouri. Most lenses instantly fog up when taken outside. Breathing is tough. It was 104 here today 116-118 feel like. Little Rock, AR hit 114 today -a record.

Cygnet, great tricycle image. Perfectly placed sweet spot. Nice.
thanks
