Really like the second shot, I think f4/5.6 is the sweet spot, great for portraits. I rarely use f1.6 but only for aperture stacking static shots where I want some super uber dreamyness at the edges. I have seen a few city night shots look quite nice with the velvet. I aim to take mine next year to Sydney's Vivid.

Today I found a vivitar 20mm macro extension tube. Put it on the sol 45 and got some great shots. Take a look.

Nice! I actually have the 3 Macro Ring filters for the Sol45 that lensbaby sell, haven't had a chance to really use them that much yet tho..
