The depth and clarity of each image is magnificent. Do you allow the camera and the lens full control, or are there times when you apply your own settings and focus the lens by hand?

Cheers,
Loyd

Thank you. I mostly use manual mode in studio but with autofocus. Almost never use manual focus.

What about your outdoor shots, like the lady in the pond? Her goosebumps gave me goosebumps!

Cheers,
Loyd

That was funny photoshoot. My mobile and car keys went into the water with me. I forget I have them in my back pocket
I start outdoor in TTL mode then switch often to M mode according to X-Pro trigger readings for exposure and tweak it a little.

Haha! Hopefully the key opened the car so the two of you could warm up

You mention X pro. I assume you mean Godox. Are you using the transmitter as a light meter, or do you shoot outdoors with a flash?

Cheers,
Loyd

Yes, I use Godox X-Pro and AD400Pro. I shoot with strobe outdoor, icluding this photoshoot. The stand was in the water with softbox and strobe just above the water.

Pink nail juxtaposed with the white flower; the reflection of the hand; the goosebumps; and the expression on her beautiful face...I think she wants you to hurry up!

Thank you for sharing your methods. I have not experimented with a strobe. Is there a particular luminescence that you use?

Cheers,
Loyd

Sorry. I used the wrong term. I believe the correct term is temperature. Can you adjust the temperature of the strobe so that it is more like a tungsten light or a florescent light? And, when working outdoors, what is your preferred temperature?

Loyd

There is no possibility to adjust temperature. Strobe uses its standard temperatura, I don/t remember exactly, about 5600 K ???
