A few more DA*55 1.4 images...
It would seem, according to an explanation by Falconeye, the sharper a lens is, the sharper it is a lower ƒ-stops, the DA*55 is my first lens sharpest at ƒ4 instead of ƒ5.6. So it gives you a couple of advantages, you get smoother bokeh at it's sharpest than you would with a softer lens, and because I'm using it on FF instead of APS-c, it's even smoother bokeh.







But you back up a bit and ƒ1.4 is good too.

Hmm, didn't seem like snakeskin or anything similar, but the pattern intrigued me. Especially the PC sync socket side.
