I've found the trusty Pentax-M 200mm to work VERY well with my new-to-me robot pano head. This is 100 shots combined into one, here. You can read the text on the rock under the tree in the center if you scope the full version out.

Nice one, Sagitta. Combining 100 shots will definitely get you a ginormous file with plenty of detail.
