I remember the days when I didn't have any 35mm primes and that bothered me as it was the normal on APS-C (for general use I find 28mm too wide). So I got the DA 35mm limited, then the DAL 35/2.4, then the Tak 35/3.5, then the M 35/2, then a Vivitar M42 35/2.8, then the M 35/2.8... (order may not be strictly correct)

Now I love 35mm on APS-C and am even warming to it on film, though it will never replace the 50mm there.

Here's a single token image from the M 35/2 as I could spam this thread with images til the cows come home

my first 35mm lens was the DA35/2.4 - great glass, but never warmed up to it... so I sold it off...

tried the K35/3.5 and love, love, love it - so much so, I started trying other 35mm lenses and now have almost as many 35's as I do 55's....

Goodrington Sands, South Devon, taken through the open window of an old moving steam train during a trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway. The town in the distance is Torquay. KP + HD 35 Ltd. (Better viewed at its maximum 1400x840.)

Thanks Dave. The Conservatory Garden in Central Park (I've been staying 3 blocks from it the past month)... it should be considered cheating - awesome flora and many bumble bees!
