as you walk into the Sedgwick County Zoo you hear the noise and shortly you come across the tree shaded pond filled with flamingos

ranging from bright pink to pale and darker grey

the coloration difference is due to species and age

Since there are a lot of users of the DA 40mm in this group, a quick question:
Has any of you experienced a sticky aperture before?

The aperture on my DA40 all of a sudden started to close down as if it were dampened, weird thing is I don't see any oil on the blades.
Can't use it above F8.0, or with higher shutter speeds, it doesn't close down fast enough. Also slightly worried that oil will get into my camera, if it is oil.
Wiggling the lever around speeds it up a bit for a while.
