Great sharpness, color, bokeh, and good PP - Tanner, you simply rock as a photog.

Thanks Jay At this point, I just bring my camera and 1 lens around with me at church and take some snaps of friends/people. Maybe someday I'll be able to shoot something more organized..... though im not sure that will coincide with my style.

The guy shown above got a new profile picture for facebook

Great stuff Yeatzee and it seems like you have nailed the exposure with the flash. About your need for speed, did you take these shots @f/2.8 ?

SMC Pentax-F 35-105mm F4-5.6 on K100D. No pp no crop @63mm ISO200 1/100s. f/9 (those reeds are always shaking)

I got some more bokeh with the F28 at f/2.8 yesterday. Could be a bit busy I guess but I'm generally liking this lens.

That's a very nice pano. Great light. Was the vignetting intentional, or just light fall off?

There was natural vignetting... I just "enhanced" it

Nice portrait, Tanner.

Does anyone in the F club have the 135 and 300/4.5? I would love a FL comparison in practical terms from someone who has used them, as all my knowledge is just through reading.

MSD, I have an F 135 and a Ricoh 300/4.5; what information are you seeking? The latter I find very little use for, as it gets me too close for most of what I would shoot.

Due to its size and rendering I am now using the F 35-70 as my kit lens - my 7 month grand daughter and daughter enjoying a harbour side swing:

Christmas Pud - no flames visible but tasted fantastic
