I have a F 35-70/3.5-4.5 which is great and it spends a lot of time on the K-5 ... J

Pentax-F 35-70mm f/3.5-4.5

Not a terrific shot, but shows off the colour rendition and reasonable sharpness of this low-cost lens.

Some macros with the F 100 macro

Doubling up on the F series lenses, this one is a F 50 1.7 reversed onto a F100 macro

Here's a couple of snapshots with the F70-210mm from a recent walk in the park.

F 35-70mm best $39 I ever spent

Going back thru my catalog, I'm reminded of what a fantastic little lens this really is.

All shot with Pentax-F 35-70mm with my K-01

bradsarno -- you're making me really have seller's remorse for selling my F35-70 earlier this year! I should have used it more to fully appreciate it. These are nice images that show what the little cheap lens is capable of!

The nice thing about it is it's super affordable and easy enough to find another. I've been thinking of picking up a second one in fact, just in case!

If there's one thing I can say about the 35-70mm is that it REALLY REALLY REALLY wants a hood. In lower light, it can lose contrast and get a bit washed over without a hood. With a hood, it's a great lens taken to another level.

A two lens combo of F35-70 and F70-210 is still very satisfactory on apsc. f70-210.
