Not the one I promised, but a forum member asked to see this lens of mine on a different thread - so here it is: Rikenon XR 35/2.8 (early version):

Extra nudge as these were shot jpg - these are straight out of camera, zero adjustments.

I knew you'd get a kick out of that... it does help when you use top shelve glass - these were taken with the A 50/2.8 Macro.

The shot showing the minimum aperture and minimum focal distance is darker than I'd like, and a bit crooked, but I can live with it.

The coatings one, it was double-hand-held (subject and camera handheld), so not much that post can fix there.

double-hand-held can be tricky, especially with a MF lens....

nice job!

that's not gold, that's uranium!

I came really close to nabbing a Tomioka branded Chinon once... I got a 1.7 and 1.8 which are gorgeous, but no 1.4...

My 1.4's are 2 A series (one has a slow aperture) and an SMC Tak.

Of that bunch I tend to grab the M/S most often. I just like the way it renders and prefer it tactilely. Plus it looks sexy - IMO.

The Tak 50/1.4s don't really associate with those others, they prefer to keep to themselves

Newest medium format lens acquisition

Here is the latest addition to my Pentax 67 lens collection, the Pentax 67 100mm f 4.0 macro (1:1 with life-size converter). This lens has a unique configuration, which you can read about in Pentax Forum lens reviews. From my first photographic walk-about, I can say that it is a valuable addition to my flower photography hobby, and I hope to share many flower and landscape photos taken with this lens.
