K-S2 with the DA 18-135 it was paired with when I got it, @24mm f/8, ISO 100, ND1000, two ways:

30 s, windy, cropped in, cleaned up

Schloss Herten, clean

60 s, calm, uncropped, no manipulation of reality

I've already posted these in the film thread, but it makes sense to put them here too since they seem relevant. I thought I'd have a go at using the 18-55mm kit lens with film just to see what happened, and these are some of the results. I used my ancient K1000 that has recently turned up hidden at the back of a drawer after I'd thought I lost it, but of course the K1000 can't control the kit lens's aperture so I just jammed it at about f/8 for the experiment. The film is no brand ISO 400 stuff taken from a cheap disposable camera.

As you'd expect, there's vignetting to total black at anything wider than 24mm, but it's just about okay from about 28mm onwards and there's no vignetting at all at 55mm. I wouldn't recommend using it for anything other than a fun experiment though.

I have the kit lens that came with my K100D super , in Australia they bundled the Sigma 18 - 50 F3.5 -5.6 DC.with the camera

I'd say it's close enough. At the start of this thread, it specifies images from the old DA18-55. But I've seen images here using all types of "kit" lenses, so I wouldn't worry
