Yes the forum police are going to kick in your door and take your camera if you dare to post images from that lens here! Ok - maybe not.

If you do post, clarify it was your kit lens as mentioned. Heck the KP was bundled with the HD DA 20-40 limited, some could argue that a kit lens because of that. This is a friendly thread, I doubt anyone will mind your posts with the Sigma.

Here in Spain I've seen Pentax cameras kitted with the DA 21mm Limited or the 16-85mm, but that doesn't mean that either of them is a kit lens.

I don't think the HD 18-50mm f/4-5.6 ever came as a kit lens with any camera, but unless I create a club for it, I wouldn't have a club where I would post its images. I think most people consider it a kit lens anyway

I think they stated that the HD version would not be available in a kit, only the cheaper SMC one would be.

But spiritually I'd say it belongs here.

Thanks, it is. It's a new trail to these falls and the wildflowers are blooming. Nice.

K3 and an old F 35-80mm kit lens which I sold two days ago. Like all film era kit zooms I've tried it was a pretty poor performer though it did get me a couple of photos (including this one) on the afternoon I used it. They would have been sharper with something else though.
