Not a good shot, but one of the first shots with my brand new K-5. Bought the last one in the local shop. The price difference from the K-30 was only $100, so i went with the K-5. Shot with the DA 18-55 WR kit.

So far I am happy with the upgrade from the K-r.

Here's a few K10D shots taken this week using the kit lens. Nothing spectacular, just around the house stuff...(xposted)

Morning sky just after sunup looking west - there's a jet airliner visible left of the center of the pic:

Mexican Petunias in the backyard:

Spent the day cleaning up our old Altima & grabbed a shot while it was still looking nice - even got a nice partial starburst in the photo
