thanks, i'm glad you like it.

that one actually wasn't HDR'd. Shot taken at normal exposures with ambient light as seen. It's a classic rigid structure pitched against a piney environment, with a little bit of pp for effects...

here's another with the k-x kit lens...

Outstanding stuff, but to make it easier for us, can we get into the habit of listing the FL used?

With all of the talk about, for example, the 18-55 being great at 18 but not so great at this, it would be interesting to make these judgments ourselves.

Good point. but do note that many of the shots in this thread have the EXIF information still attached, and most browser support the ability to view EXIF information via, for instance, a right-click menu (sometimes via a plug-in/add-on). I'd definitely recommend looking into that for your browser of choice.

+1... the browser plug-ins/add-ons are quite nice if you're into exif peeping....
