Pentax K-5 IIs + Vivitar Series 1 90mm F2.5 Macro (Bokina) - (no 1:1 adapter)
1/1000, ƒ/3.0 or 3.2 (not sure), ISO 640

Taken handheld... luckily, I was using 1/1000

This is actually the very first pic I've taken outside as a test with this new acquisition (i.e. the Bokina)... the bug was just on the outside wall of the house.

Pretty happy with the result. Now I have to explore more "bokeh" situations with this toy.
