Great shot guys! Just came back from my birding trip at Yunnan, China. Happy to record quite a number of lifers, especially some of the unique species that can only be found at the high altitude mountainous area in Yunnan province, China.

Sharing the Golden bush-robin from the Muscicapidae's family.

Hi Norm - nice shots. Are you seeing the same problem with ticks killing off moose where you live? In New England the milder winters resulting from global warming are not killing off the ticks in the winter and the resulting booming tick population is literally killing off the moose. The numbers of moose in New England are dwindling and those left are emaciated.

We do have a decline in moose populations, whether or not it's from ticks is not really known. We had a pretty cold winter last winter, and the last few weeks have been quite cold. I'm not sure what it takes to kill a tick but, I have trouble imagining they have had it good here the last couple of years.

In NY we just had the 4th warmest winter ever. The ticks never even slowed down...

I put seed out for the first time since the fall. The usual suspects didn't take long to show up.
