Superb! I love how you arranged the cranes with wings up then down then up. Wish I knew how to make them do that :-)

The first Great Orion Nebula (M42 ) session of the season. This is the field of view you get with the K-3 and the SMC A* 400/2.8.

Here I found a photo with female (left) and male (right).
Seems like only the boys have the head's red ornament.

Nice image of that Catalina; the foliage in the background works very well.
