Thanks. A bit off subject but Eskom, our national utility, also put "flappers" on known flying routes but there are still some losses on other lines.

Good for the utility- reduces outages. Incidentally good for the birds.

Two images of a kestrel sitting at some architecturally important railing thingie at the building where they used to control the bridges in the Eemskanaal. This girl (I think) is very relaxed and I can often drive or cycle right past her when she's sitting on one of the posts along our driveway.
