There haven't been sea stars in Kansas for thousands upon thousands of years. So where tell was this photo taken? It is unique subject matter to me living in the Midwest. I didn't know starfish survived out of the water.

Cooper's Hawk

Found source of the birds squawking in the back yard, this Cooper's Hawk having brunch in oak tree behind house. SOOC crop, ISO an amazing 12800, as TAv settings were at 1/2000sec, f7.1 Gotta love the Pentax K3iii / DA150-450 combo. Taken at 450mm.
