Cedar Waxwing in the Bradford Pear tree. The berries have frozen and look like they might be fermenting. The birds are getting drunk! Happy New Year.

Flickers probably searching for ants. The lens isn't listed in the EXIF data, but the aperture is given as f1.0 so it was probably the 600mm f5.6 Nikon via adapter on an Olympus EM10 mII

Our well has sand piled up in front and is full of ants, we see them there 5 or 6 times year.
