A couple of weeks ago a metal printing company contacted me about using my photos. He sent me some pics of the first ones he has printed for an upcoming show in Vancouver. The top five are mine..
Congrats, Travis....... your work deserves greater recognition.

Great lens, I used one for a while and was pleasantly surprised even with a good teleconverter. I'm actually kind of sad that I sold it!
littledrawe,
yes it's a great lens, i would like to have one with AF and not as heavy !

My Pentax K5IIs and the Sigma 100-300mm f/4 APO EX DG earned their keep today:

I would have been far happier if I had my Pentax FA*600mm f/4 - but to be honest, the sigma 100-300mm f/4 is considerably smaller and less cumbersome to use. I was crouched under the overbearing heat of the Australian sun on an embankment with a near 60 degree incline, under conditions like that hand holding a 600mm lens simply isn't an option.

Nice....

Well, if that is your last for the season, you are going out with a flourish.
I'll second that, baro-nite. Good work once again, Travis.

A capture from today. First owl in my collection.
Nice owl, Swip. The only ones I've seen here in Australia have been in captivity.

Cheers,
Greg.

Great shots, Scott ......... the flash really brings out the colours of the Eastern Rosella.
And where did you shoot the black-shouldered kite?

Cheers,
Greg.

Love the kingfisher shots, especially #1. I agree with Frank, the lighting on this one is beautiful.

Cheers,
Greg.

Thanks, Greg. I think I don't get up early enough to see them more often.

Nice! Looks like it would have been tough to spot. I've yet to see an owl in the wild.
