Hello there, I'm a new member of the club having just recently acquiring an A 300mm f4 and a K-5iis. Today, I put out some bird feed and pre focused on the seeds, then final focused on the birds. The following are two cropped jpegs files, I'm certain they'll look better with some pp. I have some learning to do but I do like my new camera / lens combo.

Sometimes lucky I managed to shoot 2 birds (focused) within a frame but this family shot has to be the luckiest to have 3 in 1.

Howdy, guys! I've been a long-time lurker in this thread, but even though I've had 300's for nearly as long as I've had a Pentax, never really thought about posting here.

A few days ago I acquired an A 400/5.6, I hope y'all don't mind me joining in on the fun!
