Thanks for that Charlie - it's normally a quiet time of year here for bird photo opportunities but the wildfowl help pull us through!

Sounds like a good name for a bar/restaurant. There's a "Lazy Flamingo" in Sanibel, Florida (but you have to go further south to actually see flamingos).

Thanks Swip - that one is my favourite too, but as often happens the Flickrverse seems to think otherwise. We haven't had any decent light since I took those shots until today. After a couple of cold nights and five inches of snow I wouldn't be surprised if the pond is frozen over now.
