The Panasonic handles ISO1600 pretty well!
Thanks BTW: The crab was out on Heron Island. As to the IQ from MFT sensor cameras even at high ISO, it's not up to my K1, but the convenience far, far outweighs differences only visible by pixel-peeping. At the scale of images posted on PF, I very much doubt anyone could spot which images I post were taken with a K1 versus the 16mp Oly EM 10-II. BTW: I read that Oly & Pana both feel that 20mp is a tipping point for MFT sensors, add more pixels and you lose high ISO & low light quality with insignificant gains of IQ in bright light and low ISO, so unless there's some major innovation in sensor design, 20mp is the limit for MFT. I suspect also there's a question of how many available lenses have resolution that will benefit from a higher pixel count.
