Dry spell of a few days. Male Gila woodpecker at the feeder again, then in the tree. K-1 + DA*300, moderate crop.

Very nice, but try putting that in your checked luggage without it getting searched. I have enough trouble with my tripod!

Yes, a 2 stage trigger . I can easily hold the first stage of the trigger while tracking a flying bird/aircraft and then squeeze a little tighter to take the shot.
