Proofreading is so "last generation".... however.... "Board" is a reasonable description of my physical state.... but I'm not quite at the red gum stage ..... but on my way for sure (so wanted to type foreshore)... Pilates can only do so much when you've left it so late.

I lived in Tassie for a few years.... I only need sunshine.... temperature can be worked around... maybe a few clouds just when I want to take a photo... then back to blue skies. Van has a gas heater so quite comfy.... plenty of red and port.... I haven't even moved camp.... still at Merna Mora.... easy enough to just do day drives.

Hi Noel
I haven't seen the Flinders from the western side have only stayed at Alpana Station near Blinman and Almerta Station near Yanyarrie..
All to the east.

This bird is getting hard to see in our region because their breeding spaces, the wild meadowlands, are getting scarce. In the absence of wild meadowlands, bobolinks nest in farm fields where the young fall prey to the combine. We need to leave them some hayfields that aren’t harvested until mid-July... Please pass the word on farmers!

Are you sure it is warmer up there at those places?

Nice area. I worked a summer at Leigh Creek, in the coal mine (if it breaks it is coal, if it doesn't it is rocks - 'coal' so defined was shipped tot he power station). After that I had sme money and bought my first Pentax, MX with M50/2. Nice bit of kit.
