A fishing vessel on the Dollard. Fun fact: this was actually one of the last disputed borders in Europe up till a few years ago. You'd see the border running right off the Dutch dykes on a German map and it would be right under the German dykes if you bought a Dutch map. It just made for a very tranquil scene yesterday afternoon.

Somebody had a hard night!

She was just asleep and her head slowly drooped until it was completely upside down.

We must forgive her though, she lost her chick a few days ago.

A good childhood friend joined the navy out of school. He told once of seeing a myna in a bar and approached it with the usual inane comments. The bird said (expletive camouflaged) F*** off sailor!

That's a much prettier bird in the image than the caged all black mynas.
