Thanks! I have found that indoors high iso on the K3 often turns to mud but outdoors it can be ok. Playing around in Lightroom I came to the conclusion that the biggest problem with K3 sensor is that the noise pattern is just right to be super enhanced by sharpening algorithms so I aggressively apply a sharpening mask. Other than that I don't feel I did anything special in post. Here are the Lightroom settings I applied.
WB: As Shot Temp 6650 Tint +2
Exposure: -0.88
Contrast: +33
Shadows: +25
Whites: +5
Clarity: +14
Sharpening Amount: 65
Sharpening Radius: 1.0
Sharpening Detail: 25
Sharpening Masking: 80
Noise Reduction Luminance: 16
Noise Reduction Detail: 50
Noise Reduction Contrast: 0
Noise Reduction Color: 50
Remove Chromatic Aberration: On
Post-Crop Vignette: -33 (to take the emphasis away from the bright sky on the right)
