Something else today: Two flower images, taken at a distance.





I really like the colour rendition of the Tamron 65B, far more pleasant than my Sigma 70-300mm.

And another one to fulfil the wildlife quota



All handheld.

Also, one of the "good" Adaptall-2 adapters is on the way to me, the one with aperture control and even electronic contacts to transmit aperture data, I believe.
It should be a big improvement over my no-name one which doesn't even lock properly. Had a bit of a panic moment recently when I twisted it off on the wrong end, and had the adapter stuck to my camera body

The nesting grebes are a favourite at our park this time of year. This pair started out with 5 chicks, I think there may be a second one left, but I have not seen it for 3 days now.

I have a whole sequence of the adult coming with the fish, and the little one swimming out to meet it. This was the closest to the exchange I could get
