......or Sisig (chopped bits of pig's head and entrails on a sizzling plate, with chilli & little Calamansi limes..)

Personally I like it with Kinilaw (raw fish, lemon juice, vinegar, spices) - - slightly healthier than the other options.

Not really - just the egret is missing... (and the laboriously inexpert postprocessing done in an attempt to separate the white bird from the white foam).
