Here are a few snaps from last weekend with the 31mm. I love this lens on APS-C, it is a very versatile focal length

Contrary to popular belief, Southern California does get some fall colors (for a week or 2, in small locations, lol)

Tried to emphasize mood and atmosphere for this shot.

This one is from this morning's shoot. We were going to cancel due to terrible weather but we decided to shoot at a parking garage and go for a more urban grunge look. I figured since we had time to setup some lights that I would try messing around with colored gels and the white balance settings (tungsten).

It was fun to try something different. Let me know what you guys think.

I think you're making me hate my life, but that's probably not what you mean.

Otherwise, the last two are especially good, I think--a very flattering shot of the Tri-Delt-Gone-Wrong, but I think the "environmental portrait" in the last really gives your model a chance to express her personality...hope it's "Explored," too.

Seriously, though, great work! And Dynamo, that's a great scene--the blues in the transom and the green plant in the corner is really genius (though I did miss my guess that you were rolling with the FA43.)

Thanks again! My work use to consist of mostly pics of bridges and still lifes of bottles and forks. If you want models to photograph you can go on Modelmayhem and find them.
